Job Description:

As a Senior Accountant, you’ll be responsible for end-to-end Procure-to-Pay (P2P)/Accounts Payable processes, handling invoices, resolving queries, managing reconciliations, and ensuring compliance with KPIs and audit requirements. You’ll also interact with global stakeholders, lead monthly calls, and play a critical role in driving efficiency and accuracy in financial operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Demonstrate strong knowledge of P2P/Accounts Payable processes.
• Process both PO-based and Non-PO-based invoices efficiently and accurately.
• Reconcile supplier statements of accounts (SOA) and resolve discrepancies.
• Handle queries from suppliers and stakeholders through calls and emails.
• Use analytical skills to review and present reports on invoice status and trends.
• Proactively resolve aged invoices by engaging with PO owners and approvers.
• Ensure compliance with KPIs, internal controls, and audit standards.
• Lead monthly stakeholder calls to provide updates and align priorities.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with stakeholders across regions.
• Collaborate as a team player to drive process efficiency.

Key Technical Skills:

Accounts Payable, Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Invoice Processing, Reconciliation, SAP S4 HANA, Medius (Invoice Workflow Tool), MS Excel, Analytical Reporting, Audit & Compliance

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Commerce (B.Com or M.Com).
• Strong understanding of P2P and Accounts Payable processes.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and resolve issues independently.
• Hands-on experience with SAP S4 HANA (preferred).
• Knowledge of Medius invoice workflow tool and UK accounting practices is an added advantage.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
